Properties and use
EPDM rubbers have excellent mechanical properties, they resist well against ozone, external environmental conditions and UV radiation. This rubber is resistant to majority of chemicals, it maintains its mechanical properties for a long amount of time. The rubber has a ductility of 250 %. Thanks to its good mechanical properties and resistance to aging, the rubber can be found in industries such as engineering, agriculture, automotive industry, chemical industry and construction.
